Returns & Replacements Policy

At Smart Wear & Groceries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Clothing, Accessories, and Non-Perishable Items:
    Can be returned if unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable Grocery Items:
    Eligible for return only if damaged, expired, or incorrect upon delivery/purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

2. Replacement
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced at no extra cost.

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery/purchase.

3. Return & Replacement Process (In-Store Only)

All returns and exchanges must be completed by visiting our physical store location.

Step 1: Contact Us
Before visiting, please notify us via our Help Center / Contact Us page. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or replacement

Step 2: Visit the Store
Bring the item along with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to our store during operating hours.

Step 3: Processing
Once the item is inspected by our staff, we will promptly process your return, exchange, or replacement.
