Orders & Tracking

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order anytime on our Order Tracking page:

  • Use your order number and email address

  • The order number is sent to your email after placing the order

  • You can also contact our support team if you need help

  • You can only change or cancel your order before it is shipped

  • Fill out our contact form with the subject: Change/Cancel #ordernumber

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • What you want to change or cancel

    • Reason for the change/cancellation

  • Our team will confirm if the change or cancellation can be processed

Returns & Replacements

How do I return or replace an item?

  • You can find the full details of our return and replacement policy on our dedicated page: Return & Replacement Policy

  • In short:

    • Returns are generally for unused/non-damaged items (for clothing/accessories)

    • Perishable items can only be returned if damaged, expired, or incorrect

    • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned 

  • Replacement requests for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery/purchase

  • All returns and replacements are processed in-store at Taastrup Hovedgade 52, 2630 Taastrup

How long does delivery take?

  • Inside Copenhagen (within 35 km): delivery within 3-24 hours

  • Outside Copenhagen in Denmark: 2–5 days

  • Selected EU countries: 5–10 days
